LPC Supervision

In my private practice I supervise Counselors working toward their Licensed Professional Counselors Certification. In order to earn an LPC you must do 1,500 hours of direct counseling and 1,500 hours of indirect counseling. Counselors meet once a week for 18 months. One weekly meeting is individual supervision and the next week is group supervision. This gives everyone the best opportunity for individual attention and the benefit of working with other counselors for support and sharing of information. Supervision is a very special experience to help counselors feel supported while they learn their craft.
